1. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and issue refunds in the following cases:

 Eligible for Refund:

• Wrong item received
• Order not delivered within the expected timeframe*
• Quality issues with the product

*Delivery delays caused by weather or carrier issues may not qualify.

Not Eligible for Refund:

• Perishable items (e.g., baked goods, candies) once shipped
• Personalized or custom orders
• Items returned without original packaging (if applicable)
• Items damaged during shipping

*We pride ourselves on customer service , we will package and make certain the items are 100% before leaving the store.

2. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

• A clear photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
• Description of the issue

Once your request is reviewed, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Return Shipping

If a return is approved, you may be responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless:

• The item was incorrect or damaged
• The return was requested due to our error

We’ll provide a return address and any further instructions by email.

4. Refunds (If Approved)

• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
• If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us.

5. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for the same item if it arrives damaged or defective. If you need to exchange it, please whatspp us on +27 67 232 7233 within 7 days.
